First Seeds

First seed planting. We plowed the field once, as it was super dense and hard, and only fast growing gras to feed cows was grown for decades. Then we spread a variety of seeds to loosen the soil to prepare it for the Food Forest planting in Fall. We also moved first stones, to build our first little herb garden and a test field for a little market garden. Just to get into the groove and reconnect with our genetically imprinted farmer’s program.
