Meeting Ernst Götsch

A week after we purchased the little farm, we had breakfast with Mike Bronner, from Dr.Bronners. They are considering coming back to Germany, where their grandfather originally started their soap endeavor. He brought along a young farmer, who shared with the greatest excitement about Ernst Götsch and his regenerative farming approach he calls syntropic farming. 5 Minutes into the conversation, it was clear to us, that this is the way forward for us. A few months later we met Ernst Götsch at a Workshop hosted by Benedict Bösel. Paul and Janine, 2 of his students, were just setting up their own consulting business, and on we went designing and planing our Food Forest.
